Let's Erase the Emptiness in your Heart

'Life seems to be passing me by'

'I'm watching life from the side lines, life feels meaningless'

Living with chronic illness can be a challenging and overwhelming experience for anyone. However, as a woman, it can be particularly challenging for you as women face an additional set of issues that are often misunderstood and underrepresented.

From a lack of clarity and direction, to a sense of loss of meaning and purpose, to a deep confusion in their identity - these are just some of the many struggles that women with chronic illness have to face.

All too often, life becomes a blur of doctor's appointments, medication schedules, and daily routines that leave little room for anything else.

As you struggle to navigate this unfamiliar territory, you may feel lost and alone, isolated from the world around you.

You do not need to keep feeling

this way.

The Tree of Life is an incredible tool that can help you rediscover and clarify your life's purpose.

By guiding you through a series of reflective exercises, you'll be able to identify and connect with the core values that give your life meaning, identity, and direction.

This powerful process can help you move beyond a sense of aimlessness or unfulfillment, and help you reconnect with the things that give your life meaning.

Perhaps most importantly, you'll gain a deeper understanding of your own values, strengths, and passions, and begin to see new opportunities and possibilities for living a truly

fulfilling life.

Whether you're feeling stuck, lost, or just unclear about your goals and aspirations, the Tree of Life is a wonderful tool to help you find your way again.

By taking the time to explore and reflect on what truly matters to you, you'll unlock new levels of meaning, purpose, and joy in your life.

*************

You may have already gone through this stage of loss of meaning

and identity.

You may have already emerged from the darkness with a new sense of self, a new perspective on life.

And that's amazing. But the journey doesn't end there.

The journey of growth and wisdom never ends. That's where the Tree of Life comes in. Even if you've already begun to rebuild your identity, even if you've already found meaning and purpose in your life, the Tree of Life can help you take your journey further.

It can help you cement your learnings, reflect on how far you've come, and envision where you want to go next.

Who is Shabnam?

Shabnam is a very skilled coach who makes you feel at ease and gets right to the point of any health related anxiety issues. I now have an outline of what I need to work on and how I'm going to implement simple strategies that arent overwhelming. I've already acted on this in one area of my life and feel more confident to apply it to other areas - thanks Shabnam :)

I'm popping in to say that I had the pleasure to attend one of Shabnam's workshops. I really recommend her workshops. Shabnam makes those very personal, interactive and practical so that you come out clear on what actions to take. It was really insightful. I've learnt something new that I'm already confident I can use again in future... Very empowering.

I had the most wonderful experience speaking with Shabnam. She understands the struggles of chronic pain herself and also being a mother and working. These are things that are very hard to combine. She filled me with self-confidence that I am lacking, give me assurances where I needed them. She's a wonderful practitioner and I would advise anybody going through the struggle to see her help.

I’m thrilled to say that my hour of chronic illness/pain coaching with Shabnam Rakhiba was far more effective, more solutions focused and all around a much more helpful and positive experience than any traditional talk therapy I’ve ever had. Shabnam is kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm not good at drawing. What if I can't do it?

No drawing skills is needed. You do not need any creativity for this exercise.

I'm already working with a therapist. How can this help me?

Take your Tree to your therapist to share & explore further! The work that you do during this course can deepen the therapy work, helping you progress faster!

I don't struggle with feelings of meaninglessness. How can this help me?

Ever felt a bit lost or directionless? Or like you are no longer enjoying the things you used to as much? The Tree of Life exercise can help you clarify and refine major aspects of your life. We all need to re-focus sometimes!

I'm too tired. How will I be able to do this?

  1. The videos are less than 10 mins long, and you get unlimited access so you can complete the course at your own pace.

  2. If writing is difficult, you can use a dictation app or record your answers on your phone camera instead of writing them out.

What can I do with the Tree that I have drawn?

  1. You have the option of sharing it with the free Facebook group (unapologetic women collective) so you can share your thoughts with others who have completed the activity.

  2. You can share your tree with your loved ones to nurture deeper conversations.

  3. You can display the drawing on the wall as a daily reminder of your direction in life.

  4. This activity can be completed again some months down the line if you wish to redefine your direction and go deeper.

What if I don't want to draw the Tree?

That's ok! The reflective guided questions will still be of significant value! The Tree is a VISUAL representation of it all but you don't need to draw it if you don't want to.

How do I get access to the course?

Once you register & pay, you will be emailed your login details immediately. Keep an eye on your spam. Email me at .......... if you do not receive your login details after 24 hrs.

Why is this course so cheap?

Ethical pricing & affordability are key factors I consider when pricing courses. With rising cost of living & many women with illness & pain struggling to work, it can be challenging for women to get access to the support they need for their emotional & mental well-being. This aim of this course is to offer maximum value while keeping the cost affordable.

Is there a refund if I don't benefit from the mini-course?

There is no refund due to the extremely affordable cost of the course.
